Small Group Leaders
Assists teacher with classroom activities and connects relationally with children in small groups.

Host Team
Welcomes Waumba Land families and escorts them through the registration process and to the appropriate rooms.

Coaches
Coaches are responsible for investing relationally in their volunteer team (made up of 2 Teachers and 8 Small Group Leaders), communicating opportunities for training and development, and providing consistent support as they solve problems and meet the needs of their team.

Worship Team
Lead preschoolers in worship during Large Group time.

Teachers
Provides leadership and support to small group leaders and oversees the class activities.
